1. Agency and Supply of Services

Limohawk acts solely as a booking and payment intermediary. Transportation services are provided by independent, licensed third-party operators. Each journey is supplied by the relevant operator, who accepts the booking and is responsible for the performance of the transport service.

2. Role of Limohawk

Limohawk curates operators, governs service standards, facilitates bookings and payments, and provides platform-level service resolution. Limohawk does not operate vehicles and does not provide transportation services.

3. Pricing and Payments

Fares displayed reflect pricing agreed with operators. Limohawk collects payment as agent on behalf of the operator providing your journey.

4. Service Resolution

Where service standards are not met, Limohawk will facilitate resolution with the operator and may provide platform-level remediation. Liability for transport performance remains with the operator providing the journey.

5. Regulatory Status

Transport services are provided by licensed operators in accordance with applicable private hire vehicle regulations. Limohawk operates as a booking intermediary and governance platform.

1. Eligibility

• Corporate accounts are available to UK-registered businesses, subject to Limohawk's approval at its discretion.
• Limohawk may request verification of business details and reject applications.

2. Account Services

Corporate accounts may include:

• Consolidated invoicing by cost centre.
• Access to vetted, licensed operators meeting Limohawk service standards.
• Dedicated account support.
• Duty of care reporting and compliance visibility.
• Complimentary first ride for qualifying accounts (reasonable distance, subject to availability).

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings placed through a corporate account are facilitated by Limohawk as agent. The transport service for each journey is provided by the licensed operator assigned to that booking. Payment is collected by Limohawk as agent on behalf of the operator.

4. Service Standards and Accountability

Operators within the Limohawk network are subject to service standards governed by Limohawk. Where standards are not met, Limohawk will facilitate resolution with the operator on your behalf. Liability for the performance of each journey remains with the operator.

5. Limitations

• Complimentary rides (where offered) are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Limohawk may modify or withdraw corporate account benefits with reasonable notice.
• Account terms are subject to full service terms at launch.

• Information provided is used for service delivery, account management, and communications.
• Data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery or as required by law.

2. Amendments

Limohawk may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
